Ethiopia.
The dual form references the northern and southern hemisphere regions of the African continent. The "Equator Sky Lobby" splits the tower forming a public space in the center.
Geometric pattern of the facade gives the building solidity and much needed protection from the sun while referencing to the patterns of the Afrcian tribal cultures.
